BRAIDED ACCENTS will replace rack cards, catalogs and samples in reasonable quantities with ongoing purchases.

Other Stipulations

1.Billing terms are 1% 10 days, net 15 days
2.Orders are F.O.B. Rathdrum, ID and shipped UPS, FEDEX or Common Carrier
3.An incentive to 1st time Stocking Dealers, extended terms of 1% 15 days, net 30 days from date of invoice
4.BRAIDED ACCENTS has a minimum order policy of $200

Displays and Other Information

The Wall Display rebate will be in the form of a credit issued on the first $3000 of net purchase. The display is designed to fit in a space of 24" x 33".

BRAIDED ACCENTS will at their expense, laminate Dealer Business Cards to be attached to the Sample Chains. Chains in excess of 4 will be available for $7.50 each.

BRAIDED ACCENTS is manufactured in 8', 10' and 12' lengths predominantly. 8' and 9' lengths can be sent United Parcel. All longer lengths will be shipped Common Carrier. We encourage orders large enough to ship Common Carrier. This will keep the percentage of freight cost at a lower level.

BRAIDED ACCENTS will make every effort to accommodate the Dealer's special requests such as mixed items in one carton.
